Jushify does not control how third parties may reference, link to, embed, or discuss publicly shared charts once they are made accessible through public links or community features.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • publicly shared charts may be viewed, referenced, or linked to by third-party websites or platforms
  • Jushify does not authorize third parties to copy or reproduce charts beyond normal linking or referencing practices
  • Jushify is not responsible for how third parties use or distribute charts once they have been publicly shared by the user

If a user believes that a third party has improperly copied or misused a chart originally created on Jushify, the user retains the right to pursue appropriate action directly against the third party.

Limitation of Liability

Jushify acts solely as a platform that provides tools for users to create and share charts.

Jushify does not claim ownership of user-generated charts and does not actively monitor all charts created through the platform.

Therefore:

  • Jushify is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of content included within user-generated charts
  • Jushify shall not be liable for disputes arising between users and third parties regarding chart ownership or usage

Community Charts

By submitting a chart for community display, users grant Jushify a non-exclusive license to:

Intellectual Property

All content on Jushify.com (except user generated charts) including:

is the intellectual property of Jushify.

Users may not copy, reproduce, clone, or reverse engineer any part of the website.

User-Generated Content Ownership
